Engine running with transmission relay energized, system voltage over 10v, then test started and the PCM detected that the current state of Governor Pressure Solenoid output port was different from expected state for 4.84 seconds

Pressure Control Solenoid Circuit (4L30-E Transmission)
Cause

Key on or engine running with the TCC commanded off, TCM high side driver closed, TCM commands the PCM solenoid current, then the PCM detected one of these conditions for 54 milliseconds: • An open circuit or short to ground (the feedback voltage is low) • A short to power (the feedback voltage remains high)
