Output Driver Module 'A' Error Conditions
Cause

Engine running, brakes off, then the PCM received an improper voltage level on the ODM 'A' fault line, condition met for 5 seconds Note the EVAP, Fan or TCC controls may be on or off at the wrong time if this code is set
