| Cause | Engine speed under 250 rpm, system voltage over 10v, ECT sensor input from 41°F-212°F, IAT sensor input more than 41°F, VSS input at 0 mph, APR sensor indicating less than 15%, then the PCM detected that the throttle angle was under 2.1%, or that it was over 9.8% with the throttle at rest or limp-home position |
