IC Module 3X Reference Circuit Conditions
Cause

Engine running, then the PCM detected that the ratio of 18X reference pulses to CMP sensor pulses it received equaled 36:1, or that the ratio of 18X REF pulses to 3X REF pulses it received did not equal 6:1, either condition present for over 10 seconds
