Description

Speed Sensor Low RPM at over 15 MPH Conditions
Cause

No PCM codes set, in 3rd gear with TCC unlocked for 10 seconds, VSS under 70 mph, throttle at 1/3 open until TCC locks, then TCC locked for 5 seconds and PCM detected that the engine speed did not drop with the TCC engaged
